Emerson K55HXMBC-0357 Condenser Fan Motor 100483-11 1/6HP 208/230V 825 RPM. This part was removed by HVAC installer from a working unit. Old system was replaced with newer one (more energy efficient) and was in good working condition. Motor has been tested, works well and it is in a good cosmetic condition.
