Emerson K55HXHSF-8846 Nordyne 621912 Condenser Fan Motor 825 RPM 1/4 HP 200-230 V. This part was removed by HVAC installer from a working unit. Old system was replaced with newer one (more energy efficient) and was in good working condition. Motor has been tested, works well and it is in a good cosmetic condition.
