This is Emerson K55HXLTC-0248 Condenser Fan Motor 100483-01 1075RPM 1/3HP 208-230V used part. This part was removed by HVAC installer from a working unit. Old system was replaced with newer one (more energy efficient) and was in good working condition. Motor has been tested, works well and it is in good cosmetic condition.
