GE 5KCP39EGF448S Carrier Bryant Payne FAN MOTOR 1/5 HP 1125 RPM 208-230 V HC37VE252. This part was removed by HVAC installer from a working unit. Old system was replaced with newer one (more energy efficient) and was in good working condition.
