This is Zhongshan Broad-Ocean 1/5 HP 208/230V 810 RPM Condenser Fan Motor Y7S862C06. This part was removed by HVAC installer from a working unit.

Old system was replaced with newer one (more energy efficient) and was in good working condition. Motor has been tested, works well and it is in good cosmetic condition.
