This is Zhongshan Broad-Ocean Y7S623C5108 Condenser Fan Motor 208/230V HC39GQ232 1/4 HP 1100 RPM used part. This part was removed by HVAC installer from a working unit. Old system was replaced with newer one (more energy efficient) and was in good working condition. Motor has been tested, works well and it is in good cosmetic condition.
